Pros

Overall good company with several tools to support Financial Representatives. Living Balance Sheet is an excellent tool for clients.

Cons

Steps to becoming a Financial Representative with Guardian Life is difficult and not explained/documented well before signing on. Depends on Financial Advisor for a lot of communication but Guardian moves slow. Difficult to get up to speed to actually make any money.
