Pros

Great company and opportunity. They provide a lot of training and education.

Cons

It's really hard to build a client base and gain momentum at first. Have to really stick it out for a while.

Pros

New building, good place for a entry level job before moving on in a year. Allows work from home for some positions.

Cons

Outsourcing is at epidemic levels at this company-quality as a result, is very poor and onshore employees are having to fix the mistakes. Managers are inaccessible because meetings are their full time job. Extreme overtime (unpaid for exempt) is unsustainable.

Pros

Other than the people I worked with there were no pros.

Cons

This place is run like a mom & pop shop. People are aggressive and not interested in dealing with the facts, only in bolstering their own egos.
