Cons

Starting offer was 40K which was much lower than I had found on glassdoor.com also claims examiner was not the position that I had initially applied for.

Pros

You get a laptop and a monitor to work from home periodically. Good benefits. They offer a pension after 10 years of service.

Cons

Seriously underpaid and overworked! They love to announce how much money the company has made every quarter but never gives any credit/recognition/compensation to the "little people" who made it all possible.

Pros

Great work environment, excellent leadership in Group Benefits division top to bottom. Excellent training and development, I myself started right out of college in their "College Recruitment Program/Training & Development" Compensation package at the time competitive.

Cons

Not much advancement opportunity to management
