Pros

I worked there for more than a decade. The work environment was good, and I believe Guardian's employee benefits are very competitive.

Cons

For the last several years, the company appears to be moving away from training/promoting from within, and instead looking to hire from outside for new skills.

Pros

Really ethical and client focused but the work environment depends on the agency you work for if your not in the home office. Lets you run your practice the way you see fit and offers useful tools to let you service clients the best you can.

Cons

It is a really difficult career if your a FR and FR's basically have to build clients from scratch so in the beginning it is very difficult and pay is low.
