Longevity, good salary, good vacation allowances, laid back. Friendly environment and positive attitude of peers is inspiring. Management is competent.

Cons

HDD Health Plans only as of 01/01/16. Outsourcing. Hard to establish oneself as competent and smart, takes a long time to earn respect of management.

Pros

Solid Management and Leadership Team.A lot to learn , most folks are SME's in their areas and sourced from best in business.Competent Salaries , Guaranteed Minimum Bonus and Solid Benefits including a pension plan outside 401K

Cons

We are 150 year old , not publicly traded and some systems and processes are more baggage and legacy than useful.
