So far so good

Pros

The hiring process was great. The recruiter actually reached out to me about this position and I decided I'd apply and I got the job. I'm still in new hire training so I'm not adding anything additional at the moment. I will update this review in a few months.

Cons

-The role itself is one where you're wearing a few hats so I understand the 6 month training period but the training so far is a bit all over the place. A lot of focus is on nonessential factors to the role itself. I'm hoping as the training progresses it gets better but only time will tell. Once I've completed training I'll update this review. -The lack of diversity in this department as far as leadership goes is pretty much non-existent. There is absolutely no one that looks like me in my department in a leadership role and I find that a bit disheartening. I'm hoping to get promoted into a leadership role in the future if things pan out the way I hope.

Pros

Work from home and vacation time is easy to schedule

Cons

The salary is below industry standard for the years of experience. Case loads are between 150-200 cases and statistical milestones are impossible to reach to be promoted so whatever you start at is where you stay.

Toxic

Pros

A handful of nice folks, but most will be gone soon if they are not already.

Cons

Toxic, gaslighting leadership. Backstabbing, little actual work gets done it's all positioning. Boys club in senior management where they bring in their friends regardless of whether they are qualified for the job or not. You have to know if a company has 8 heads of HR in 6 years something is questionable to say the least. Layoffs round after round after round. No place to work in the Hudson Yards office, no privacy or confidentiality.
