Pros

Training is a good time and lasts about 7 weeks.

Cons

Everything else, toxic management, micromanaging, team leaders that take out their stress on you, ridiculous constantly changing metrics to meet.

Pros

Good pay. Solid company. Nice people

Cons

Very small decisions get escalated to the highest levels...and the highest levels entertain the nonsense. Need approval for the smallest requests I get paid a very solid salary and have very little responsibility because most decisions get made above me.

Pros

Benfits - somewhat expensive though, Culture - most teams work together great

Cons

Their moto is "People Count" - which is not true... their merit increases are 1/2 of what inflation is, all the while they give you the work of everyone that leaves or retires and tell you that you must perform 110%! Merit increases should be at least what you raise benefits by or what you take away!
