Pros

Benefits, compensation and pension are excellent, also they offer tuition reimbursement. Lots of opportunity to succeed and progress with a career driven attitude.

Cons

I really do not have any cons about working for Guardian. I have enjoyed the years I have spent working there and learn new things everyday.

Leadership vision, strong culture with associates living the Company's core values. Collaborative environment. Highly engaged associates.

Cons

Downtown location can be challenging commute wise. Many associates travel 1.5 - 2 hours each way. Slowly integrating alternative work arrangements.
