Pros

Benefits Package especially Dental are unbeatable. If you are an officer, stay for life the perks cannot be beat anywhere. They still offer a pension. 5 years to be vested. 1 year for officers.

Cons

Too many jobs being sent to India and too many temporary overseas consultants. Management does not care about staff. Catch phrase "people count", usually means how many people do we need to let go off this month. Incompetent managers - promotions based upon back door politics.
