-Dictator management -They are getting the negative reviews removed. -No care to employees, upper management doesn't care about you, the only thing they care about is to get the work done. -Don't fall for the titles like "BEST PLACE TO WORK", these are nonsensical ones, nothing in reality. -You will be fighting here for survival, forget about the technical growth. -All the good employees have either left or planning to leave. -They have got tie-ups with consultancies who are selling the "fortune 500" tagline to lure the employees. Don't fall for it.

Pros

Employee benefit policies are good like leaves, fixedpay, insurance, etc. Access to Pluralsight for learning. People Count as each employee innovative idea is respected Business owners are supportive

Cons

Job security is least. Hike is very less and Promotion is tough as we need to work in multiple teams to get. Micromanagement, lots of pressure. Communication with HR is hectic as there is no dedicate HR person for group of person. Few Onsite counterparts literally shout on us, as it is also encouraged from offshore management thinking so that work will be done.
