Pros

Benefits that include a pension plan and a 401k, as well as flexible hours. A stable company in difficult times.

Cons

Not a place to grow, especially if you want to work hard and be recognized. Very hierarchical at the top. Friction between old and new guard.

Pros

Great 7 hour work days and benefits are very comprehensive.

Cons

Senior management is in constant influx - high turnover which leads to lack of continuity in business plan. Lack of training for newcomers - very difficult to understand the workflow upon hire. Takes years to understand "the ropes."
