Pros

It’s a job. Good work life balance as long as you are in higher position.

Cons

While they pay new people off the streets a decent amount, those that have put in years barely make more than new hires, our health insurance gets worse every year, executives have lost lost with what employees want and need.

Pros

Bonuses, PTO, fairly relaxed environment, flexible schedule

Cons

Unrealistic work load, underpaid according to market, lots of ambiguity in processes, archaic systems, and lack of respect amongst peers in other departments. If you use pto be prepared to have tons of work when you return.

Pros

They let many workers perform job duties remotely.

Cons

Company is always moving the goal line making it near impossible to continue to excel year after year. They took away everyone's pensions. They give you a nice amount of PTO but then you have to fight amongst your department since they allow a certain number of people to use PTO per day, so forget the summers or any holiday.
