Pros

Good coworkers, decent culture but varies by department

Cons

Middle-management was too busy trying to sell themselves to upper management by forcing their own agendas on everyone else to listen to or care about anyone under them. Severely understaffed for 3-4 months and did nothing to fix situation, despite customers and employees both suffering as a result to the point nobody wanted to be there anymore/everyone was routinely calling out sick and management told everyone to suck it up

Pros

Fully remote, consistent Monday through Friday schedule, comprehensive benefits with no waiting period, 4 weeks of PTO that you can use without first accruing it.

Cons

Limited advancement opportunities, high attrition, unsupportive management, uneven workload balance, low morale, over emphasis on production, unrealistic performance goals, out-of-touch leadership tactics, terrible raises and bonuses.
