Pros

Not as busy as typical call centers and no micro managers. Very little overtime ever required. Decent pay.

Cons

Lack of communication between departments. Only paid twice per month on salary so if you ever work overtime it takes almost 2 months to see it but if you miss time they will take it back the next check. Managers or team leads hardly ever speak to you (simple good morning) and can sit two feet away from you. They will hire from outside or temps before promoting from within.

Pros

Good pay and wonderful coworkers

Cons

You get trained then they will change what you learned by the locations you are at. You could end up on Skype with a mentor in Bethlehem, PA. Not good work environment with the current management. No help given when asked.
