Pros

Relatively stable company (mutual company, not public company, so no quarterly result pressures), but management is not very competent. The company seems to be going in the wrong direction, that is the reason I moved to another company.

Cons

Senior management (especially the new IT senior management starting from 2015) is not very competent. No transparency in anything the management does.

Pros

Food in cafeteria is great.

Cons

Toxic work environment; favoritism is rampant to the point that they fire you on the spot if they feel you "don't fit in properly". Supervisors are unapproachable.

Pros

Good company stable in this economy

Cons

Bad manager. Tries to give negative reviews so the share of profit in bonus is less for employees
