Pros

We dedicate resources to help improve our Glassdoor profile. We know who we want to be. I can read about it in all the PR we create. We just don’t do anything that we talk about.

Cons

The CEO is vindictive and threatened by challenge. It trickles down in the firm. Hypocrisy rules.

Pros

We have enough money to promote the CEO externally and write articles about things that don’t actually exist in the company.

Cons

The CEO has no idea what goes on in the company. I’m embarrassed sometimes in meetings.

Pros

Benefits were fairly standard but pension stood out

Cons

A political mine field. Even with a female CEO it’s run like an old boys club. Those that motivate through fear and humiliation seem to rise in the ranks. Those that don’t ... leave or are pushed out.
