Pros

I have been rewarded for hard work. I have been able to create new career paths that have not been available before. Hope that makes it easier for people after me

Cons

Leadership is disjointed. Good leaders are out shadowed by individuals who lack vision and humanity.

Pros

They do a good job of staying current with new technology trends. Good people to work with.

Cons

Too much cost cutting and outsourcing, not loyal to long time employees

Pros

I could enroll in their MBA program fully paid for by Ashford.

Cons

This is by far the worst company I ever worked for. They expect you to give your life to them but do nothing in return, recently they actually downgraded many positions to pay people far less. Pay is nowhere near competitive and many companies are starting to give more PTO time and work from home, Guardian has lost their competitive edge for recruitment. Management has gone further down hill and only sees you as a number now, before they actually cared about your success.
