Pros

Nothing good to say. Bad insurance. Bad people.

Cons

Very racist. Company mostly has white employees. It doesn’t matter how hard you work, your work is not appreciated and white peoples get promoted easily. HR doesn’t do anything about managers treating employees badly. It’s an miserable place to work

Their "Golden Rule" doesn't exist

Pros

Genuinely good people who work at this company and I enjoyed who I worked for directly. Decent Pay.

Cons

I guess the best description I can find of this company is written in their Who We Are page on their website. "Our management team has a significant track record in high-growth, specialty pharmacies." This could also be read as "This particular crew specializes in growing pharmacy companies rapidly by placing employees under heavy pressure to perform and give the appearance of growth." Appearance is everything to these few folks who value only their pockets and whatever payout they will receive when they sell, again. Their track record shows that this is their only goal. Department heads use you as an errand runner Some departments have way too many chiefs Late working hours, zero care for work/life balance Higher pressure to create appearance of growth Manufactured publicity to show growth and happy culture Politics between pharmacies Management playing favorites with certain pharmacies High pressure, short deadlines, zero tolerance for error During my interviews and meeting the team, all I saw was the appearance of a family oriented, low pressure, religious culture but that could not have been further from the truth. The "Golden Rule" doesn't exist for key executives.
