Pros

The company provides medication to long term care facilities. Good restaurants to eat for lunch near the corporate office in Atlanta. Stable industry.

Cons

Poor management, unethical behavior, ideal employee is one without children who live to work and not work to live. Equity incentives represent monopoly money with unattainable goals. Expensive benefits. Sketchy business practices.

Pros

You'll meet some nice coworkers

Cons

Nice people, but they ultimately only care about the business - not the individual. Don't expect to have much job security or advancement potential. Also, management doesn't receive training and the roles/responsibilities are constantly changing.
