Pros
Feel like family with coworkers/managers. Commission bonuses per sale/transaction. Calm, clean, organized atmosphere. Friendly competition with coworkers keeps you on your feet to do your personal best. Develop good relationships with clientele (have client book).
Cons
Low pay. High expectations to meet sales goals. If don't meet sales goals, managers cut your hours. Always on your feet running around in heels. Expected to always wear heels, otherwise if you absolutely can't, wear dressy flats. You get a 30min break if you work more than 5hrs, otherwise you get 15min.
