Pros
-Some friendly managers depending on location -Decent discounts on clothes -Somewhat flexible hours if you need them
Cons
-Low pay -You will be promised raises. After over 2 years and multiple employee of the month awards, I once got a $0.26/hr raise. Pretty crap. -Some very incompetent managers -Culture expecting you to buy their clothes, which even with a discount is very expensive. A lot of your paycheck ends up going to buying clothes to keep your job. Cause yes, you do need to wear Guess? to sell Guess? and no, they don't let you wear the store's clothes, you need to buy your own.
