Pros

Most of the people are pretty cool to work with and the store managers are always willing to help.

Cons

Managers (district and regional) and corporate set unrealistic goals and I feel that some of the rules they come up with are sexist. Also there isn't much room to grow with the company, and they care more about exceeding sales than keeping their employees happy.

Employee bonus days are 50% off on normal days %40 off Pretty good health insurance

Cons

Horrible Company. bottom line is very unethical. Art of selling on the floor is non-realistic and everyone including Corporate is in denile. No support from upper management although they love to ask if you need anything, but will not help you. Very unhealthy environment please do not fall for the speech they give you! I was there almost a year and it was absolutely horrible

Pros

Cafe - the breakfast burritos are awesome, so is the froyo. I would say the discount but I hate the clothes They have a gym on site - it's kind of janky, but they also have yoga and spin. The spin class is pretty nice. Yoga is during lunch and it's kind of stressful because you have to be showered and everything within the hour. Some of my managers were really cool, others not so much

Cons

You're being watched all the time; they have cameras everywhere and I was told that I should walk fast because the owner watches them and wants to know you're busy... You have 3 breaks a day - do NOT exceed those breaks at any time because if you do you are put on a "list" Very stressful, no feeling of job security and a lot of the people also seemed like they didn't enjoy working there. You could be fired at any time. I felt guilty taking a lunch or breaks It's VERY corporate, so if you're into that then it would be great for you
