Pros
Can be a fun depending on the staff your working with. Employees get 40% discount, but the merchandise is expensive.
Cons
You always have to be wearing Guess, low pay, low opportunity for growth (takes like 2yrs to get promoted), you have to work with moody girls who are stuck up. The clothes are ugly and over priced, your not allowed to show your own style, they're very picky about how you look ( the sexier the better). No recognition! No commission or bonuses for selling you butt off ex. I sold over $1000 worth of merchandise to a customer that helped make our store goal and didnt even get a "good job"
