Pros

Good discount for other retail stores..overall the job is easy but sometimes you do get alot of stress towards yourself from the management.

Cons

The management does not treat you with respect. Sometimes you get blamed for things you didnt even do and they dont even give you an time to explain what happened or defend yourself. They change the schedule without telling you which i think is stupid and then if you dont show up you get blamed even though you didnt know! Also if you work 5 hours you dont get a break which is stupid because according to law you are suppose to have a 15 minute break!

The peoples working at guess are all very friendly. The discount of 40% is good.

They are very easy going when it comes to getting time off and understanding. Good benefits and employee discounts not bad.

Cons

Unreasonable sales goals and managers seem to favor certain people. Also employees never get enough hours even when they request more.
