-good benefits -nice co-workers -good salary compensation -learning experience -training classes

Cons

-management does not have a grasp on what employees need or how they feel -management feels new building, that is very difficult working environment - too open, feels like one is in an airplane with the constant white noise, and a restaurant that we are encouraged to eat in compensates for momentary compensation -negative attitudes covered up because bad attitudes are 'not tolerated' -just sad

Awesome people working there, young fun and fashionable atmosphere! Great management team! Flexible schedule and they are very understandin about your personnal life specially family and school.

Cons

Too much micro management, low hourly rate, NO COMMISSION even when you make 3000$ of sale a day you get nothing in return.

Wonderful atmosphere, Fun young people working there. Fashion forward thinking from all employees. Room for growth within in the company is prevalent

Cons

Driving 30 minuted to work everyday through all of the crazy traffic in LA. I would recommend living closer to where you work.
