Great perks! love the discount! love the overall company.

Cons

wanna get promoted?you need to leave GUESS to do it. Go in and learn everything you can and move on to a company that believe in internal promotion. Because Guess does not believe in internal promotion especilly for Co's and Store Managers

Incredible pay paralleling luxury brand salaries. Great training programs. Tremendous amount of information (updates, product knowledge, changes) given to all levels of staff.

Cons

Awful Regional Director. Unprofessional, unfair, and downright nasty. But has been with the company for an extended time and gets results. Results are driven by fear of loss of job vs. position motivation and/or recognition

great medical and perks working at GUESS. they care about your health and make sure you are encouraged to stay healthy. great starter company to learn a lot but there is always a trade off to that. GREAT PERKS!

Cons

Work long hours and dont get paid what you really are worth. always stressed and wondering if you did something right. You just have to get things done and you make the path, not knowning if its right or wrong.
