      PAY IS NOT GOOD FOR SALES ASSOCIATES

      Pros

      The hours are not difficult at all and they are flexible and make things work for you especially if you are in school.

      Cons

      The pay is not good for a sales associate. Understandable that you are balancing work and school but for the hours you put in the pay is not good.

      Pros

      Good discount for other retail stores..overall the job is easy but sometimes you do get alot of stress towards yourself from the management.

      Cons

      The management does not treat you with respect. Sometimes you get blamed for things you didnt even do and they dont even give you an time to explain what happened or defend yourself. They change the schedule without telling you which i think is stupid and then if you dont show up you get blamed even though you didnt know! Also if you work 5 hours you dont get a break which is stupid because according to law you are suppose to have a 15 minute break!
