Pros

They have a great 40% discount and you can get the discount at any Guess Store anywhere in the world.Their traning is hardcore and you learn alot from the company but lets just say you walk out of there with a headache.

Cons

They do not promote employees do to their hardwork and knowledge, the only reason why they promote people is if they have the "Guess" image. They have sales goals that are rediculous to achieve especially if you are a supervisor. Their sales per hour goal counts even the hours when the store is not even open! They stalk their customers and they practically force people to buy their clothing. Managers steal associates sales by offering them discounts the normal employee can not offer and of course the customer will give credit to the person that offers them a coupon. They only offer negative reinforcement to their associates when in reality management should look at themselves first before critizing their employees.Maybe the company should consider only promoting people with college degrees like hollister because it is ridiculous that someone with a lower educational level and retail experience level get promoted just because they have the "guess" image. Were not in modeling for crying outloud.

Pros

The 50% Discount off Merchandise is generous and promotes spending. If you make the monthly goals, the company rewards each person that worked for more than 60 hours that month (15 a week on average) with at least a $50 giftcard. Depends on your position with the company.

Cons

Pay Management poorly trained and hired, some times stuck up and not very nice to those that were there before them. Cheap on Payroll, Refuse to give more hours to employees when it's needed in order to make bonus No Breaks sometimes because they're rather have 2 people work and starve them than have 3 people there and pay the extra person.

Pros

Great discount. Young atmosphere. Awesome bonuses. Great incentives.

Cons

LOOONG hours. Some locations are open 365 days of the year til about midnight. Very sales driven, to the point it was obsessive and counterproductive.
