I've been with the company for over 15 years and it's just exciting to be part of a fast-growing organization that is not just working to help people achieve the dream of home ownership but is committed to doing it in the most consumer-friendly way possible. It's also really nice to see how dedicated everyone is to the role they play in fulfilling the company's mission while also helping each other improve as professionals. Such a great team!

Pros

Everyday you get to contribute with a team of people focused on improving the process for families to go through the home buying process. Your ideas are embraced and listened to, and you get to make code changes that directly affect the process.

Cons

Northern Virginia is a busy area with a lot of construction, so arranging your schedule to fit around the traffic patterns can be intrusive, but we are getting more options to work remotely, so this wont be a problem for too long.
