I was only there for a short period of time, less than 3 months before I started my own pipeline. Got thrown into a dungeon without proper training and wasn’t expected to ask many questions. You were only allowed to go to 3 ppl for questions but they were always busy and could barely help. That said, your struggling to find answers and also getting tons of last minute requests while still learning. Didn’t even get a chance to learn from my mistakes in order to improve after only 1 month of trying to handle a pipeline. The management team comes off as nice but they will plot against you with absolutely no warning. Beware of companies like this. The CEO is married to the CFO and HR is so negligent of your concerns. The CEO is nice but is unaware of the practices which are being used against his employees. Ian getting ready to sue for wrongful termination. They have no idea that I have record of everything and all communication. Dear company, please be ready to put up a good fight. Someone has to set you all straight before you ruin another persons life and tear their dreams apart.

Good for experience, diverse workplace, islamic environment,i good if you can survive off an average of 3-5k a month( thats with commission)

Cons

condescending management, want you to work 24/7, very low compensation plan, no benefits other then 401k and health, near impossible goals, no consistency of pay, standards of service inst really a standard for them but more of a suggestion, stress, dealing with stressed/ overworked employees, and allow us field executives to be on the field and not infront of a computer all day

-Executive management out of touch with in the ground reality, outrageous goals -No appreciation for sales people, they are never doing enough -A sales organization that has no sales management representation in executive management -CEO is a true micromanager he is in every email list, somewhat of a bully. -Greatly reduced compensation plans at below industry level
