The people are so nice, friendly, and always willing to lend a helping hand in any way they can. Benefits aren't bad, could use improvement though.

Co-workers are like family, multicultural environment. Flexible schedule. Laid back dress code environment. Weekly lunches and yearly company employee events.

Cons

Management is close-minded. It’s either their way or the highway. No opportunity for growth unless you yield to their unethical way of working. Any co-worker is replaceable at anytime. Don’t trust management and especially the HR dept, they don’t care about their employees. Low pay.
