Pros

They were pretty hands off which is nice. Benefits were ok, guaranteed parental leave would have been a nice perk if I was still around to use it. Student loan stipend was good to have as well.

Cons

My 401k match was lowered from 4% to 3% without any other match in comp. Yearly salary increase didn't match inflation also so my overall comp was lower when I left than when I arrived. Also, DTO is a scam. Just give normal vacation time.

Pros

Good team and very good benefits. Good work life balance.

Cons

Your salary remains the same as when you joined the company even if you worked for 5 or more years, with little or almost no scope of getting promoted or salary increment
