The job is so flexible with no pressure. The salary is not bad, but they can do better. Unlimited paid time off with the condition. To fulfill one yearly metric. Management assists throughout the completion of projects. I like the way they assist with a monthly student loan. The health benefits are ok.

Cons

Health benefits can be improved as well as the salary since we are experiencing inflation.
