Pros
Your experience will depend on your team and the client. The pay is good, better than Booz or Accenture in my opinion.
Cons
Hard to move off your project if you are not happy with project. Everyone will give you the run around. Management wants you to work on 'business development' on top of 40 hours of client work, so you have to write proposals and contracts too, As well as work extracurriculars. Client work is only one portion of what you do.
