      The outcome of the work you do are possibly serving other people

      Cons

      Everything. The culture is awful. The bros clubs are clear and abundent and no one cares. They allow who they dont like to fall off by not staffing them on projects. It is an nasty environment for a low-tier underpaying firm. 0/10 would not recommend

      If you don't care about getting paid on time, then maybe it'll be ok for you.

      Cons

      Salary delays became a normal thing, it happens too often, but management pretends like it's nothing! Employees were awfully frustrated and that pushes them to leave, hence the high turnover!
