Pros

Interesting projects, good coworkers, opportunities for professional development.

Cons

Since they got acquired by Bain they have been cutting down on benefits, and they do not staff people according to their skills or interests. Guidehouse does not care about employees at all, managers are overworked and bark at their colleagues because they are so stressed out and there is no bottom-up review system so they can get away with it. No work-life balance, and no significant bonus or promotions. The CEO is very political in his emails with no regard to minorities whatsoever.
