Pros

Great place to break into the consultant industry because they aren’t too selective with hiring.

Cons

They are a mish mash of a handful of consulting firms that were bought and stuck together. Each group is like a separate company and your experience will vary significantly. Even within the same line of business, career success is pure luck of the draw depending on where you get placed.
