Good pay and benefits. Multiple external job opportunities.

Cons

Company management is very impersonal. No room for movement once attached to a federal government project. Poor 401k matching contribution at 3%. Promotion process is not friendly. Federal government clients are not the best to work for.

- Benefits not convenient (adopted former Navigant insurance so based in BSBC of Illinois). Great if you're in the Chicago office, might be inconvenient finding in network service providers elsewhere. - Becoming more and more like Deloitte but without the pay or brand
