      Very few - some people are very friendly, pay is decent

      Cons

      So many. You'll get bait and switched for both title and role you're staffed for on a project. Micromanagement, incompetent managers, and poor/stressful work life balance. There's a reason so many people have left and are continuing to leave. Here, if you take a few days off, it's looked down on.

      Pros

      You get a paycheck. That’s it. Nothing else.

      Cons

      They will lie to your face about the work you will be doing and the benefits Guidehouse provides. They keep stripping away every benefit. The work is staff aug, not consulting. You will find yourself constantly needing to CYA. Very toxic environment.

      o There is a pathway towards career advancement if you have a long term vision and goals o There are good bosses and teammates who actually care about you o The post-merger logo and color scheme is an improvement

      o Management is disconnected and cheap o Work/life balance is poor o There is limited back office support personnel (e.g. proposal support) o Virtually no budget for career development items such as training and conferences
