It’s gotten worse every year since Bain Capital acquired us. They’ve strip away the few perks we had. Salary increases are minimal. For the first time in the company’s history they canceled year end bonuses. Moral couldn’t get any lower. People are jumping ship. I’d rather work anywhere else.
