I worked on the Human Capitol team. I was able to work really amazing projects and initative that were cross firm. Work-life balance was nice. DTO is great. We didn't have a unreasonable utilization target. Great training and development opportunities.

Cons

The company does alot of layoffs. Hard to move up, People do not leave which keeps you stuck in your role.
