      Not the same since Guidehouse acquired Navigant

      Pros

      The work in the Central Analytics - Advanced Analytics group is very interesting if you are into data science.

      Cons

      1) Compensation is below industry standard. 2) Guidehouse acquisition of Navigant have caused many issues with org structure and unification of infrastructure. 3) Too much focus on utilization and not enough focus on building solutions to create sustained long term growth

      Pros

      - Intelligent team members who push you to challenge yourself - involved leadership and management who care about your success (personal team experience, not sure if this is the same across the firm) - pays well - bonuses are good

      Cons

      - In order to stand out, you will be working a lot of hours outside of the normal day on BD work and internal initiatives.. that's anticipated with consulting though - 401k match is lacking at 3 %, especially for a big firm and doesn't really compare well to other large consulting firms - health care insurance options are pricey and coverage isn't the greatest, company doesn't offer much contribution there
