      Work life balance, flexible work schedule, annual bonus, normal work hours, good vacation time and time off.

      New company that feels like a start-up. Lack in transparency from leadership.

      -Solid entry level job for new graduates -Work from home

      Cons

      -No PTO, high utilization targets -Poor director level management (what do directors even do?) -Lack of ability to move around the firm and work on different things -In many markets there are as many or more directors, associate directors, and partners than there are junior level consultants. Its a funnel shaped org chart, or an hourglass at best.

      Great work force and growth hindered by poor upper management and their bad decisions

      Pros

      Very knowledgeable and skilled delivery consultants.

      Cons

      Terrible management at the top. Cut bonuses for the people doing the actual work, but did nothing to reduce the top heavy organization that exists. Why do you need 4 to 5 levels of partners managing partners and carrying all of that cost? Micromanagement, hyper focus on business development to the point of impacting delivery and client relationships. Asking everyone to participate in BD is not effective.
