A list of benefits not only for the employee but also his/her family and dependents. But still not worth it.

Cons

No future for employees seeking a career. Terrible shifts, brutal workload, always forced to work overtime due to unreasonable deadlines. Staff were awfully stressed and unhappy. Not worth the pay I'm receiving.

Good for experience. Learn different things on different projects.

Cons

Took away work remote for hybrid model. Difficult getting max pay raise and bonuses. Was told yearly bonuses got spread throughout the year if you work extra hours for spot bonuses.
