Lots of diversity that creates positive work environment, mentorship program upon onboarding that in theory should be helpful, always work to be doing

Cons

Poor performance recognition (promotions do not resemble work done, go to highest performers, etc), HR tends to pass the buck whenever asked about anything relating to the former, projects are not intellectually stimulating, very little room to grow within the company

FSAC - Good working environment with friendly people. Work life balance is great for the most part. Partners are accessible and interested in development. Performance management is transparent.

Cons

Salaries and bonuses are not the best. Some of the engagements are tedious. Leadership strategy for continued growth not clearly articulated to lower and middle level team members.
