Smart People but Management Sucks

Pros

Work on exciting projects with super smart people. Little overhead from management. Lots of autonomy. Good office location in Boulder.

Cons

Low pay for the industry. Myriad of IT and technical issues. Navigant/Guidehouse integration has been horrific. Crazy high attrition and management isn't doing anything about it. Office culture (which used to be a Pro) is now gone.

Long hours, detailed work required. Lots of analyzing. Get ready to type a lot and explain activity professionally
