I started with the firm from a legacy firm that was a part of the merger (circa 2019) and have always loved the people who I worked with. The people are smart, motivated and always trying to improve (despite a few outliers).

Cons

Navigating your career can be difficult. There are subtle dynamics that determine who gets what opportunities and it can definitely be a winners take all environment in some spaces.

As an employee from support function, this management is doing their job really well. Recently (2020-2021) they have updated pay scales to match with the market. We can build a good relationship with the management. And moreover all employees have their say upon any type of discriminations.

Cons

They have almost everything up-to-date, except laptops with SSD. Multi-tasking with their laptops is like a dream.
