Management and morale among the general staff is low. The management does not listen to their staff. They only care about utilization. They have unlimited sick leave but when you use it for doctors appointments they expect you to make up the time even if you are not busy. They can’t even plan a lunch for the staff and get all the orders correct or call people who are in different offices to let them know the food has arrived.
