good benefits - not amazing, mostly standard stuff. good people and managers that really care - obviously there are people who are more transactional like all places some favoritism is found but mostly based on merit and more attention going to those who consistent over perform

Cons

honest expectations from management is hard to get sometimes hyper focus on billed time on contract and utilization - the only thing that seems to matter to them! (profitability) prepare to work more than 8 hours a day if you want to get a decent bonus and/or raise each year.
