      Great learning resources for professional development Performance enablement was a great addition

      Cons

      Remote work is held against employees who do not live near a hub. Dishonest diversity. The culture appears to be diverse on paper, but in reality, it is not. Career competencies are a farce. Inexperience staff get promoted with less time and experience in a specified industry. Feedback is a joke, as it is rarely talked about or checked when it is positive.

      Decent pay and benefits. Took our breaks from us and years later there was class action lawsuit and I received money for breaks not paid.

      Great compensation range for junior consultants

      Cons

      One of the most toxic work environments I've been in. Work-life balance is horrible. Expect to be constantly on call, including weekends, holidays, etc. For the last 6 months, the average working hours are 80-100/week, so kiss goodbye to everything you do outside of work. There is absolutely no life, and this company doesn't care about you.
